Together, we have collectively partnered under the backdrop of a pandemic since early 2020. Our industry continues to be impacted in various ways due to ongoing changes in the spread of the virus, governmental regulations, health organization recommendations, and general ongoing advancements in how meetings can be conducted safely.

Here at Plannernet, we comply with any current federal, state, local, territorial, or health and safety laws, rules, and regulations for gatherings. Our goal is and has always been to partner with our Clients to understand their upcoming event strategies, variable meeting needs, and nuanced approaches to conducting their meetings, in an effort to bring your business as many opportunities as possible.

During this time, this includes understanding each Client’s approach to conducting safe meetings. If a Client has communicated a specific pandemic policy or requirement to support their event, it will be noted clearly within each Statement of Work for your business to review prior to acceptance of the agreement. You are welcome to ask any questions at any time and our team will support in coordinating with the Client to ensure you have the necessary information to make informed decisions for your business.

As we have shared all along, Plannernet’s greatest concern is for the safety and well-being of your business and your team during this time. Please know that we respect your business decisions to support or not support any Client opportunities. We will always continue to share opportunities with your business regardless.
