Introducing Dina Maloney, Co-Founder of EPIC Coaching & Consulting
Dina Maloney has assisted individuals, teams, companies and clients to achieve personal and organizational success for more than 30 years. Her ability to lead others to peak performance, implement innovative solutions, facilitate engaging and interactive training and serve as a catalyst for change and excellence have contributed to her solid reputation as a successful leader, mentor, coach, and educator.
Currently, Dina serves as Co-Founder of EPIC Coaching and Consulting, offering leadership and executive coaching, skills development training, consulting, and keynote speaking engagements to support individuals, organizations and companies achieve maximum performance and productivity. Her approach to leadership development is to make the invisible, visible for others; what’s working, what’s not, and what’s possible for the future. She inspires them to realize their full potential, motivates them to make necessary change and encourages them to envision and become the best version of themselves.
Dina earned an MA Degree in Communication Media from Barry University, a BA Degree in English with a minor in Communication from Florida State University, the credential of Associate Certified Coach (ACC) from The International Coaching Federation, and the Credential of Authentic Leadership Coach through Raleigh Coaching Academy. She is a contributing coach for The Impact Center’s Women’s Executive Leadership Program out of Washington, D.C., as well as for The Bridges Academic Leadership Program for Women through UNC Chapel Hill and Networking Women of The Triangle. Additionally, she serves as Lead Coach and Training Facilitator for The Statarius LeaderStep7 Program, Senior Instructor of Professional Development for Knowledge Source, Inc., and a Contributing Alumni for Raleigh Coaching Academy. Dina, who was the recipient of the 2017 NCACPA’s Speaker of the Year Award, as well as its 2016 5.0 Speaker Award, is a preferred provider for SHRM as well as a member of the Global and Raleigh Chapters of the International Coaching Federation.
