Student Education & Development Program - Hospitality The NCBMP Student Education and Development Program is designed to attract students from HBCUs across the country. This program is interested in students pursuing careers in all segments of Hospitality including, but not limited to DMOs, Meeting Planning, Lodging, Food & Beverage, Sports/Sports Facilities, Travel, Audio/Visual, Design, and Hospitality Law.
