Audience Generation
We had a client come to us and ask if we could make about 500 calls to local doctors and possibly drop off flyers to a couple of the larger hospitals/doctors' offices to drum up business for their upcoming meeting. The client just had too much on their plate to handle it so we took over and got it done!
Gift Baskets etc.
A client inquired to see if we were able to put together and deliver “goodie baskets” for attendees inside and/or outside their hotel room doors. The answer was...YES!
Another client was getting bogged down by handling all the shipping aspects, so they asked if we could house all of their meeting equipment/materials in our office and be responsible for the shipment, re-stocking, and storage of these items. We happily obliged.
Material Management
Clients often have their attendees fill out evaluation forms at the end of the event but yet, no one was doing anything with the data captured. The forms were never seen or heard from again. A client came to us and asked if we could take the attendee evaluation forms and put them into an excel report to easily view the data that was captured. Our team came through!
